Returns
We offer a 30 day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of the item to request a return. For standard purchases, returns are free of charge and we cover shipping costs. For sale items, different conditions apply (see below).
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in its original, unused and unworn condition , with all original packaging.
Include the dust bag and box as they are part of the product.
When trying on shoes, stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles.
Limit movement to avoid wrinkling the uppers, as we want the next owner to have the pleasure of wearing them.
Return the item in suitable postal packaging, the same as the package in which you received it.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you.
To initiate a return, contact us at dennis@meetthehand.com . We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returned items will not be accepted without a return request.
For returns from outside the EU, please mark the package as ‘RETURNED GOODS’.
Items on offer
For items purchased on sale, the return conditions are different:
You can return or exchange sale items as if they were standard purchases, but you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
The return shipping cost is the same as you paid at checkout. We will provide you with a return label after you contact us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the size or style you need is to return the item and place a new order. Once we receive and accept your return, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
You can also request an exchange for a different size or style. We will send you the new item upon receipt of your return, subject to availability at the time of requesting the exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If so, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process the refund.
Damages and problems
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Some items are non-returnable, such as custom-made shoes or personalised products (special orders). If you have any questions about your item, please do not hesitate to contact us; we are here to help you as much as possible.
